American Indian (Navajo) made sterling silver cuff, with attractively done silverwork and sleeping beauty turquoise accents. This has raised silver diamond designs as well as an unusual decorative effect on the underside. Silver cuff is fairly thick, but some adjustment is possible. Not over-powering, yet certainly eye-catching!
