The Turquoise Mine

Each treasure ordered from The Turquoise Mine is packaged in its own jewelry keepsake box free of charge (unless it is an odd size that we cannot fit in a typical box).  It is perfect for keeping that special treasure safe or to wrap as a gift to that someone special. For orders with more than one item: we will do our best to fit all items in their own individual keepsake boxes (depending upon size, of course) unless they will not fit within our regular shipping box.

Payment:

TheTurquoise Mine accepts payment solely through Paypal or Google Checkout.  However, you do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

If you do not have a paypal account and would like to use your credit card (without creating an account with Paypal) please follow the steps below:

-After you confirm your purchase, TheTurquoiseMine.com reroutes you to Paypal payment center to make the payment.  Look on the bottom-right of this first Paypal screen, and click "Pay with  debit or credit card."

-On the next screen, please enter your credit card information, along  with shipping address information. Next click  "Review and Continue."

-On the next screen, review your information for accuracy, choose "credit card" as  your Funding Source. With this option selected, you should be able to  complete the transaction.

For security reasons concerning all parties, we need electronic payment means processed 
through the forms on our site. We no longer accept checks or money orders.  

Shipping Policy:

When you shop with The Turquoise Mine, every order is carefully and gently hand packed to ensure that your item(s) arrive in perfect condition. We ship Monday - Saturday, usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. If paying through PayPal, we will ship to the PayPal confirmed address after verifying receipt of payment.  If your PayPal address has not been confirmed please follow the link within PayPal  to confirm your address. Please note:  we can not ship to an address other than the Paypal billing address.
 

Domestic Shipping:

The Turquoise Mine ships using USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days delivery time) and USPS Express Mail (1-2 days depending upon location).  Your shipping cost includes shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation; therefore the package can be tracked at www.USPS.com. If you would like to request a signature confirmation you may do so in the COMMMENTS box upon checkout. USPS signature confirmation costs an additional $2.45. PLEASE NOTE: packages shipped with the Signature Confirmation will not be delivered unless signed by the person in the "ship to" address. All orders over $250.00 will automatically have Signature Confirmation due to the USPS Insurance guidelines.

Shipping USPS Priority Mail is $5.50 plus the cost of insurance.

Below is the chart for Insurance prices.  Just add the insurance cost to the standard $5.50 shipping price to get the total cost.

For example for a purchase totaling $275.00: shipping cost would be $5.50 (shipping)+ $4.75(insurance)= $10.25 (total).

If you request signature confirmation pleasedd an additional $2.45 for that service.

If you order multiple items (usually more than 4 items) and they will not fit in the small flat rate box, the rate may differ, we will notify you at that time if there is an additional fee.

USPS Express Mail: (1-2 business days excluding Sundays)

(overnight in most instances but not guaranteed overnight by USPS) We ask that the order be placed by 8am M-F to ensure it gets out the same day.

Non-USA Shipping/Handling Methods & Rates:

The shipping option for International orders depends upon the destination. We try and use USPS Priority International or USPS First Class Registered Mail. Please e-mail info@theturquoisemine.com for an accurate shipping price. In many instances Insurance & tracking is NOT available on International orders - shipping is at buyers risk. You are responsible for paying for any customs duties or postal fees levied by your postal service or your country's government. Packages shipped this method usually take 6 days up to a few weeks to arrive, however sometimes your countries customs may hold packages for reasons out of our control. Please contact your countires customs department directly to verify delivery times from USA prior to ordering.

Due to the high risk of internet fraud, we require the billing address and shipping address to match. To place an order.  We reserve the right to deny shipping to any countried based on the difficulty level and expense to ship.

Shipping Claims:

Rare, nevertheless,if an item is lost or damaged in the mailing process, the customer will collect money from us after we collect money from the mailing service. We will be as helpful as possible during the process. If the item was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging (including the box used for shipping) which will be needed for any Insurance claims.

We at the Turquoise Mine love our treasures and we are sure you will feel the same way.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the treasure you have purchased, we will  refund your money (less any shipping and handling fees applicable).  Please follow the return policy below within five (5) days of receipt of the item. We do think you will love our treasures and understand that it is sometimes difficult to buy an item without actually being able to feel it, for that reason we offer this money back guarantee.
 

Return Procedure:

1) EMAIL info@theturquoisemine.com within 5 days of receipt to request a RMA number and return address. Please let us know whether you prefer to exchange for it another item, receive a credit for other merchandise or apply refund to your PayPal/ Google account.
2) Please ship item(s) back in protective packaging as it must be in unused condition to qualify for a refund.
2) Ship to: The Turquoise Mine (the address will be given along with the RMA number).
3) Upon receipt, we will either credit the purchase amount less shipping costs to your PayPal account or email you with a code to enter upon checkout for your next order that will automatically apply the credit due.

**Please do not bend,  “re-size” or alter the finish of jewelry through polishing or oxidation until you’ve determined that you wish to keep it.**
